Beta Terms

Seekersy is currently offered as a beta / pre-release service. These Beta Terms govern your access to and use of Seekersy during the beta period. They supplement, and do not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where these Beta Terms conflict with the Terms of Service regarding the beta, these Beta Terms control for the duration of the beta.

1. Beta / Pre-Release Service

Seekersy is a beta, pre-release offering provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The service is still under active development and may not perform as intended. Features may be incomplete, experimental, or removed without notice.

2. Free of Charge During Beta

During the beta period, Seekersy is provided free of charge and every feature is unlocked at no cost. No payment or payment method is required to use the service. We expect to introduce paid pricing after the beta. If we do, we will provide advance notice before any charges begin, and you will not be charged for use during the beta period.

3. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The service may contain bugs, may be unavailable, and may change at the company’s sole discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability & Data Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the beta service. Because the service is in beta, we do not guarantee the preservation of any data. You should periodically export anything important using the in-app data export feature (available from your profile and settings) and keep your own copies. You use the beta service at your own risk.

5. Changes, Suspension & Termination

The beta service may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time, in whole or in part, with or without notice, at the company’s sole discretion. We may also change these Beta Terms during the beta. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Relationship to Other Policies

These Beta Terms dovetail with, and do not replace, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. All of those continue to apply during the beta except as expressly modified here.
